History
Back in 2004, Zone 313 was the first building to be constructed in the Barbu Vacarescu area, with two 5-story structures linked together by a bridge.
Evolution
Today, ZONE 313 has evolved into a single 9-story building with state-of-the-art facilities and finishes. Only one of the two structures from the previous building remained, while the other was demolished and a new structure was added onto it.
